It is important to keep the your most valuable asset clean and clear from dirty, moss/mould and contaminants that maybe present. As Wellingtonians we have our fair share of bad weather so it’s important we look after our investments.

 

Taking care of the exterior walls will not only keep the home looking good, but can help keep the paint finishes last longer.  Dirt, dust, mould, salt spray and chemical residues can deteriorate cladding and surfaces.

  • A yearly wash down of the exterior
  • Where the building is located in exposed locations such as marine areas, I suggest a clean and wash down of the exterior including glass to be done every quarter.

The products we use are very good and will not only clean your house but bring it back to life. It also helps to keep the house looking new and helps prevent deterioration from elemental exposure, and can even increase the value of a property. Washing the exterior of the house at least every 12 months will prolong the life of the paint work.
