So my name is Dan, formally known as Daniel – but enough of the formalities. 

Whilst I’m short in stature, I’m big on delivering on your expectations. I believe that the foundation of any client relationship is based on the following principles:

  • Listen to the customer and understand what they want.
  • Open and regular communication is key.
  • Actions speak louder than words.
  • Always lead by example.
  • Own up if any issues/mistakes arise and fix them.
  • Honesty and openness is the best policy.

As a business our integrity and reputation, which in our opinion are both formed by our customers, are the key ingredients to any success we enjoy. I stand by my work & I stand by our work as if it is our own properties that we we’re working on.
